This new series at The Carib presents a theme ahead of each edition, and the public is invited to come listen and/or share their own written work, read someone else’s work, or just offer up a funny anecdote or experience – as long as it’s related to the given theme. It is geared toward adults. Needless to say, the mic is VERRYYY open
OCTOBER’S THEME:
“METANOIA”
(N.) – The Journey of Changing One’s Mind, Heart, Self or Way of Life.
This theme is open to interpretation. Listeners can expect to hear a range of styles of pieces – a poem, script or monologue, an essay, diary entry, a rant, a rave! Come with an open mind!
